Due to its large deformation and high-elastic characteristics , The use of the rubber materials is more wide in all fields of the national economy in recent years, especially in aerospace and other high-tech applications, and its status is also more important in the Materials field. therefore, Rubber Materials and other characteristics of polymeric materials has become the forfront topic of materials science.In the development of the modern industry, rubber as a supplementary material plays an essential role. Especially in the automotive industry, large-scale machinery vibration aspect, as well as aerospace equipment, the rubber material is essential. Regardless of damping or connecting underlay,the moving mechanical combinations will be subject to vibration from the outside, this cyclic stress will make the rubber changed with the physics and chemistry.A physical and chemical change appears,because the rubber polymer material has been subjected to the action of the outside cyclic stress, the hysteretic and the friction exists between stress - strain. External force causes the changes of molecule or intermolecular spatial structure, the hysteretic and internal friction cause accumulation of rubber internal energy, showing the rise in temperature. Temperature have a great impact on the aging of rubber materials, which can accelerate the oxidation of polymer rubber material in air and can change the material hardness.At present, most people have studied the properties of rubber materials under the action of the cyclic stress with a low frequency band. Under the high-frequency vibration, as one factor of many impacts for rubber materials, how the rubber temperature will change because of the exogenous, material itself or others? Studied the ultrasonic vibration amplitude of different cycles which effect the rubber material temperature with time under a certain pre-stress. The smaller the amplitude was, the more slowly the rubber material temperature rose.2. At the pre-stress, the pressure at a moment, studying the temperature changes of rubber material which were aroused by the ultrasonic vibration amplitude of different cycles. The larger Amplitude arouse, the higher temperature at the same time was. 3. Studied the thickness of the rubber material which effect ultrasonic temperature under acertain pre-stress. The smaller the thickness is, the higher temperature becomes.4. Under the ultrasonic vibration amplitude of same cycle, studying the rubber material temperaturewhich were changed by the different pre-stress. Rubber temperature is not monotonous with the pre-stress change, and the inflection point will appear near a pre-stress value.5. Under the same pre-stress and the amplitude, studying the temperature of rubber material by the ultrasonic treatment before and after. The rate of temperature rise by the ultrasound treatment is the same as before, but at the same time, the temperature of material dealt is higher than the material undealt.6. To study the influence of the molecular structure of materials on the temperature under the pre-stress,the same amplitude,the same processing time. The more closely the materials of molecular structure is, the more difficultly temperature rise.
