Since the reform and opening up,China’s private enterprises timely seize the reform dividend and market opportunities,under the support of the national policy a sudden rise.With the continuous development and expansion of private enterprises,financing problems are increasingly prominent,mainly manifested in the poor external financing environment,single financing channels,lack of liquid funds and enterprises’ financing ability is not strong.In order to alleviate this phenomenon,the effective support of private enterprise financing,governments at all levels in China have been introduced policies,strengthen the ability of financial service the real economy,especially for micro,small and medium enterprises and benefits at the same time,provide more convenient financial services support,actively develop pratt&finance,green finance,science and technology financial new financial means,such as priority support of micro,small and medium enterprises financing,We will make use of new technologies to facilitate corporate financing and further lower financing rates.At the same time,we will develop a multi-tiered capital market to better support small and medium-sized enterprises in issuing bonds and going public for financing,and effectively balance corporate debt risks.For the enterprise itself,how to make effective financing strategies,alleviate the pressure of the enterprise funds,reduce the cost of enterprise financial control management risk and financial risk,and at the same time realize the expansion of enterprise and the enterprise value maximization,is the top issue facing the private enterprise,is also an important topic of the Chinese scholars have been trying to solve.In this context,this article to GH co.,LTD as the research object,firstly in fully consult the related literature at home and abroad and related finance based on the analysis of the theoretical research on the related basic condition of GH co.,LTD.,financing demand and financial conditions,and to the situation of the financing strategy of GH co.,LTD.,are analyzed.Secondly,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the financing strategy of GH Co.,Ltd.from two aspects of internal and external environment,mainly including external environment analysis such as political environment,economic environment,social environment and technological environment,as well as internal factors analysis such as enterprise strategic planning,operation and financial status quo and ownership structure.At the same time,SWOT analysis is used to analyze its influence on GH Co.,Ltd.’s financing strategy from four aspects of opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses and make a comprehensive analysis.Based on the basic understanding and analysis of the enterprise,this paper designs financing strategy for GH Co.,Ltd.,including financing strategy planning,financing strategy combination principle,short-term and long-term financing strategy design,etc.Finally,from strengthening the pre-financing plan formulation and feasibility analysis,the establishment of effective financing organization and operation system,improve the financing department personnel training plan,strengthen financing risk management four aspects of GH Co.,Ltd.financing strategy to put forward safeguard measures,for the enterprise to implement effective financing strategy and plan laid a foundation.
