| Currently,stringing food is mostly done manually,resulting in low production efficiency,poor hygiene and safety,low temperature and humidity in the production environment,and high labor intensity.Therefore,how to improve production efficiency through machines and thereby reduce the production cost of products is the key issue.Even though some scholars have carried out the design of semi-automatic string threading machines,there is very little systematic analysis and theoretical research on the machines.This thesis will carry out the structural design and machine performance analysis of the threading machine,and the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the performance analysis of viscous materials and the research of threading process,a new type of automatic threading machine is designed,taking into account various factors such as different types of tags,threading accuracy,production efficiency,and automation.The threading machine is mainly composed of a label arrangement mechanism,a working platform,a pneumatic system,a transmission mechanism,and a control unit.Secondly,the ADAMS software is briefly introduced,and how to set up the working environment before constructing the virtual prototype model is explained.According to the characteristics of machine motion,it discusses how to add motion pairs,and applies motion functions.After completing the above work,it conducts motion simulation analysis on the constructed virtual prototype,and obtains the speed and acceleration changes of the pushtab cylinder,the pressing cylinder,and the belt over time.Then,the main structure is simulated and analyzed.The structural static analysis and modal analysis of the string threading machine are carried out using ANSYS software,and the natural vibration frequency of the frame is obtained.Thirdly,to enhance control efficiency in the machine control system,a fuzzy PID controller is formulated.Following the scrutiny and juxtaposition of customary PID control techniques,a closed-loop fuzzy controller for stepper motors is established.In the MATLAB/Simulink simulation environment,a closed-loop control model of a stepping motor is established,and detailed simulation analysis is conducted for the above model.Good motion characteristics are exhibited by the system that is based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm,as indicated by the simulation results.Finally,aiming at the current problems of low automation and intelligence of threading machines,the control system adopts a PLC+HMI control architecture.Firstly,the hardware of the control system is selected,and the software of the control system is designed based on the design of the control system hardware.The control program and operation interface were developed using a PC,and simulation debugging and offline simulation were conducted to verify the rationality of the design program.Finally,to address the current issues of low automation and intelligence in threading machines,the control system utilizes a PLC+HMI control architecture.The first step involves selecting the hardware for the control system,followed by designing the software based on the selected hardware.Using a PC,the control program and operation interface were developed,and simulation debugging and offline simulation were performed to confirm the design program’s rationality. |
