Research On Safety Production Evaluation Of CX Mechanical Equipment Company

In order to maintain the rapid development of major small and medium-sized enterprises in China’s machinery production industry since the reform and opening up,hold high the banner of the Party,and for the benefit of the people,the industry needs each enterprise to have the ability to investigate and discover its own problems,solve safety hazards,and establish relevant regulatory systems.However,the fact is not satisfactory,and there are still a large number of production accidents every year,which poses an undeniable threat to the safety and stability of the people and society,Therefore,this thesis is evaluated the safety production of CX Machinery Equipment Company,identifies and analyzes the influencing factors of each link in its process,and be developed a suitable model for the enterprise,thereby contributing to the application of industry related issues.This thesis is summarized as follows:Firstly,all evaluation processes require the presence and guidance of professional safety management personnel,in order to ensure that the problems encountered in each workshop and process section during the evaluation process are scientific and accurate.Through research and discussion,it was found that CX Mechanical Equipment Company is currently facing four issues: employee factors,material factors,external environmental factors,and company regulatory factors.Therefore,four secondary indicators and 13 tertiary indicators were constructed to form an evaluation index system.Secondly,because among all the workshops put into production at CX Mechanical Equipment Company,there are four types of workshops that can represent the overall production process,and the internal influencing factors of the same type of workshop are similar,the entropy weight method is used to determine the weights of each indicator in these four representative workshops,calculate the core safety influencing factors,and solve core safety problems.Thirdly,after applying the entropy weight method combined with fuzzy comprehensive analysis method to analyze and calculate the research object,it was found that the safety evaluation level of CX Mechanical Equipment Company is high in danger,and the key factors affecting safety production are safety management system factors and environmental operation factors.Therefore,implementing targeted improvement measures can successfully improve the safety management ability of CX Mechanical Equipment Company.
