| Cement raw meal is the foundation of cement production,and its quality not only affects the quality and calcination status of subsequent clinker,but also affects the coal consumption of clinker calcination.At present,most domestic cement plants mainly focus on the parameters of raw meal during the firing process,which are the three rate values of kiln input.Other raw meal parameters are not truly valued by on-site operators,and due to the addition of subjective human factors and different levels of operators,a more comprehensive and reasonable raw meal state cannot be obtained,which in turn affects the operation of the kiln during the firing process.Therefore,in order to timely understand the comprehensive status of raw meal,based on a deep analysis of the process characteristics of a 5000 t/d clinker production line in a cement plant in Shandong,this article first provides and elaborates on the connotation of "comprehensive status of raw meal".Based on the evaluation purpose and principles provided,combined with the characteristics of raw meal burnability and the calorific value of raw meal during the preparation of raw meal,this article starts from three levels: raw meal three rate value,raw meal fineness screening rate,and raw meal,Based on the principles of high recognition and strong operability in the industry,six evaluation indicators were selected to determine the comprehensive status evaluation system for raw meal.At the same time,a soft measurement model for the 0.2mm fineness sieve residue rate of raw meal based on GA-LSSVM was established using variables related to the mill and laboratory,providing data supplementation for online evaluation.Then,on the basis of comparing and analyzing commonly used comprehensive evaluation methods,models,and indicator weight determination methods,fully considering the characteristics of the raw meal comprehensive state evaluation system,a raw meal comprehensive state evaluation model was established from the perspective of practicality.The "AHP-MI" method was used to determine the comprehensive weights of indicators based on expert knowledge,excellent operator experience,and on-site data.Subsequently,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation levels of the comprehensive status of raw meal were divided.By analyzing the distribution of evaluation indicator data and the requirements of production sites for evaluation indicators,the corresponding thresholds for each evaluation level were determined.Combining the characteristics of evaluation indicators,the improved membership function is used to quantify the indicators reasonably,and a comprehensive state evaluation model for raw meal is obtained.The evaluation model was used to evaluate the on-site raw meal data samples,and the evaluation results met the expectations of this article,verifying the rationality and effectiveness of this study.Finally,based on the above research,a comprehensive status evaluation system for cement raw meal was established and corresponding software was developed,including a data acquisition module,a soft measurement module for fineness screening rate,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation module,and a weight setting module.On this basis,an online evaluation simulation platform was built using raw meal comprehensive state evaluation software and database,and the feasibility of the software was tested through on-site trial operation using the online evaluation software. |
