Tea seed oil waste is a kind of by-product through squeezing or leaching the plant seeds or core. Meal is rich in protein, starch, vitamin and mineral etal. If the meal is used fully, which can help to decrease the greasyfood pollution, meanwhile to improve the comprehensive utilization of waste Materials from meal. Thus it will be beneficial to increasing the economic and social benefits, and greatly improving the development of meal resources. The strain, D8, which could be able to degrade the tea saponin in tea seed cake, is successfully screened from the nature.D8was preliminary as pseudomonas aeruginosa. Fermentation of the tea saponin by D8, through the experiment fish to test poisoning, and the result is D8have an effective detoxification. The fermentation condition has been optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments including the components of medium and the fermentation condition. The results showed that the best components of medium were the beef extract of0.7%, CMC of8%,ZnSO4of0.05%,and the most suitable condions were the temperature of37℃time24h and35℃time24h, pH7, rotation speed of210rpm, fermention time48h. On these optimum conditions, enzyme activity can arrive at82U/mL. Tea saponin degradation enzyme system is mainly composed of four enzyme. In order to verify the detoxification effect of tea seed cake after detoxification strain M1tea seed cake degradation. The fermentation condition has been optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments including the components of medium and the fermentation condition. The results showed that the best components of medium were the tea seed cake of6%, lactose of2%, and the most suitable condions were the temperature of40℃, pH7,rotation speed of250rpm, fermention time48h. On these optimum conditions, enzyme activity can arrive at811.27U/mL, biomass is about1.5×109/mL.
