| In the past mining,a large number of goafs were produced in the mining area of Gongchangling mine of Anshan Iron and Steel Group.With the increasing expansion and extension of the mining area of the open pit,the working platform is declining,and the possibility of instability and damage in the goaf left over by history is increasing,which has more and more obvious impact on the normal bench production,The threat to the normal mining operation and the safety of stope personnel and equipment is increasingly serious.Therefore,the study on the stability evaluation method of goaf under open-pit slope is of great significance to the safety production of open-pit mine.In the mine safety monitoring,the application of various advanced monitoring technologies is more and more mature,which makes us obtain more and more goaf state data.However,it also brings the problems of limited monitoring data quality and lagging data use.The information extracted from the monitoring data is very limited,which makes it difficult to combine with the traditional goaf stability evaluation to form a comprehensive evaluation method of goaf stability,which has not only theoretical analysis,but also numerical simulation,but also field monitoring.At present,the combination of cloud platform technology and mining industry is more and more frequent.With the powerful storage,network and computing capabilities provided by cloud platform technology,it is more and more possible to build a complex calculation model of goaf stability by combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,field monitoring and other means.In this paper,with the help of cloud platform technology,comprehensive evaluation of goaf stability as the main line,the comprehensive evaluation method of goaf stability and cloud platform construction are studied:(1)Research on data preprocessing and advanced prediction algorithm of goaf monitoring.The K-means clustering algorithm is improved,and the combination model of clustering and mathematical statistics is used to eliminate many error data of goaf monitoring data.Then,based on the grey system theory,the time series grey prediction model is constructed to predict the monitoring time series data of the goaf,and the prediction results are used as the evaluation index for the comprehensive evaluation of the stability of the goaf.(2)Research on comprehensive evaluation method of goaf stability based on fuzzy evaluation theory.The comprehensive evaluation index weight of goaf stability is obtained based on AHP,and the comprehensive evaluation results of goaf stability are obtained by combining membership function with AHP.(3)Mine 3D visualization development based on unity3d platform.Then,the theoretical calculation model and comprehensive evaluation model of goaf stability are integrated into the 3D virtual scene to realize the visualization of comprehensive evaluation of goaf stability.(4)Construction of cloud platform for comprehensive evaluation of goaf instability risk.Build private cloud services based on VMware vSphere architecture,establish appropriate service nodes,and then complete the development of data receiving,storage,backup,analysis,application and other cloud platform life cycle based on Java Web technology. |
