The digital management and control mode has become an important innovative way to improve the quality and efficiency of the heat treatment workshop.The data analysis platform of the heat treatment digital management and control system is an important part of realizing the digitalization and intelligence of the heat treatment workshop.This subject conducts research on the digital construction of heat treatment manufacturing process,builds a digital platform for heat treatment,and uses data analysis methods to analyze the time series data of heat treatment to identify processing status,predict processing quality,and realize data closed-loop to achieve the purpose of improving quality and efficiency.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,analyze the current digital status of the heat treatment industry,and clarify the problems of multi-source heterogeneous data collection,storage and visualization in the digital process,as well as the requirements for production traceability and automatic identification of processing status.The basic functions of the platform are determined,and the system architecture of the platform is designed in layers.Secondly,for the time series data in heat treatment,data preprocessing,feature representation,and time series classification methods are mainly studied.Aiming at the two most important factors of holding time and temperature in the heat treatment process,an algorithm is designed to realize automatic identification of processing.The algorithm includes three steps of preprocessing,time series segmentation and classification.Firstly,data preprocessing is carried out by means of data interpolation and normalization;secondly,based on the PLR algorithm,the TP-BOTTOM-UP algorithm is proposed,and this algorithm is used to segment the heat treatment temperature time series data;finally,the H-SVMs algorithm is used to classify the segments using statistical features to obtain processing states such as holding,heating,and cooling.Finally,according to the needs of digital construction of heat treatment,combined with the above processing state identification algorithm,the data analysis platform of digital management and control system for heat treatment is realized.The platform uses the OPC UA protocol to uniformly organize the data of hardware devices,uses the combination of My SQL and Influx DB to store multi-source data,uses highperformance computing libraries for data analysis,and uses Spring and Vue to develop back-end and front-end interfaces,respectively.And carried out field testing and verification.
