In the field of mechanical manufacturing,grinding is the most commonly used way of precision machining.As one of the many grinding types,end grinding has been widely developed for the disc parts with planar surface characteristics with its advantages of high processing efficiency and high precision.However,in the actual production,there are still many technical problems,such as uneven workpiece surface removal,grinding wheel easy passivation,etc.This thesis mainly from end face dynamic characteristics of the grinder spindle system,based on the finite element simulation of the spindle system and space of the abrasive trajectory to research into constructing process of workpiece surface topography,thus it is concluded that the mathematical model of the workpiece surface topography,end face grinding machine spindle system dynamic characteristics are obtained for the influence of the surface topography of workpiece,and experimental study,To verify the rationality of the theoretical analysis.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)Based on the actual structure of the end grinder,the topology optimization of the spindle system was carried out,followed by statics analysis,modal analysis and transient dynamics analysis.Static analysis mainly studies the degree of edge retreat caused by the grinding wheel feeding process.The modal analysis mainly analyzes the deformation degree of the spindle system under different modes,and draws the Campbell diagram to identify the critical speed of the rotor system.At the same time,the vibration of the grinding wheel under different spindle speeds was analyzed with the combination of transient dynamics.Finally,the influence of the dynamic characteristics of the spindle system on the displacement of the grinding wheel was obtained.(2)Combined with the actual abrasive parameter information,the random distribution function was used to establish the surface abrasive particle distribution model of the end face grinding wheel,and the space trajectory equation of single abrasive particle related to the dynamic characteristics of the spindle system was established.The spatial distribution of single grain trajectory under different working conditions was obtained,and the influence of the dynamic characteristics of spindle system on the spatial distribution of grain trajectory was analyzed.(3)The distribution of abrasive yield in end face grinding process was analyzed and obtained,which was coupled to the spatial trajectory equation of abrasive particles.According to the motion relation between two adjacent abrasive particles,the formation process of abrasive particles on the workpiece surface was obtained by contour search method,and finally the mathematical model of the workpiece surface topography was obtained.Through the mathematical model,the influence of different working conditions on the workpiece surface forming process is obtained,and then the influence of the dynamic characteristics of the end grinding machine spindle system on the workpiece surface roughness and flatness error is obtained,and the reasonable suggestions for improving the workpiece surface roughness are put forward.(4)to 9 groups face grinding experiment of orthogonal design,the experimental process of end face grinding machine spindle vibration signals,and finally the workpiece surface topography information collection,analysis of the experimental data from end face grinding machine spindle system dynamic characteristic on the influence law of workpiece surface topography,and verify the rationality of theoretical analysis.Through the paper research conclusion,it is concluded that face grinder spindle system dynamic characteristics and the surface formation and puts forward some constructive improvement suggestion,to later face grinding technology has made certain contribution to the research more deeply.Through the research of this paper,the influence law of the end grinding machine spindle system on the surface morphology of the workpiece and the forming process of the workpiece surface are obtained,the phenomenon of removing the uneven surface of the workpiece in the actual production is explained,and the constructive suggestions for improvement are put forward,which makes a certain contribution to the further research of the disc grinding technology.
