| Grinding of the surface texture characteristics not only affect the surface morphology, and aslo have impact on surface friction.Tribology is the general science about friction, wear and lubrication, and is the stuy of friction and wear in the relative motion of two surfaces during the interaction between change and its related theory and practice of a discipline. The process of sliding friction will cause the dissipation of mechanical energy, wear have resulted in surface damage and material loss, and lubrication is an effective way to reduce friction.Using experimental methods, by observing and analyzing the three-dimensional surface profilometer surface morphology, comparative analysis of different grinding under the direction of the surface texture features. Discusses the characteristics of surface texture impact characteristics of the surface roughness and friction and wear characteristics. The results show that it may exist a direction neither parallel to the grinding direction or perpendicular to the grinding direction of the optimal grain, that makes the best surface roughness characteristics. In theory, establish the numerical simulation of surface texture of oil film lubrication.Find optimal solution of the the direction of friction and wear. Thereby enhancing the lubrication oil film characteristics to meet the needs of working conditions. By MMW-1vertical universal friction and wear tester tests the grinding performance of the friction surface texture morphology, the tests are under two states of dry friction and lubrication, then determine the test program, finally get a series of different coefficient of friction grinding surface texture and friction data. And for different surface textures and grinding the surface of the test conditions factor analysis, stuy the impact of different grain direction and lubrication to surface friction properties. The completion of this work have great significance in finding out the optimal direction of the grinding surface texture, controling the state of oil film lubrication and improving the lubrication properties of film. |
