| In recent years,with the rapid economic growth,the maritime business in Ningbo Zhoushan Port has become busier and busier,and the ships in and out of the port are of various types and in large numbers,which has become an important support for the economic development of the city,but the air pollutants generated by ships in the port area can cause serious harm to the local environment and the surrounding residents,so it becomes very important to manage and control the ship emissions.The paper establishes a ship emission inventory,understands its emission characteristics,and simulates and studies the emission reduction effect of ship air pollutants under a combination of emission reduction schemes in order to develop more scientific and reasonable emission reduction measures for ships in the port area.In this study,we firstly choose the "bottom-up" dynamic method to build a ship emission measurement model in the port area,and obtain the required data through Automatic Identification System and relevant databases,and use Python for data pre-processing and dynamic-static data matching to obtain the ship emission inventory of the selected study area.Secondly,we construct the ship air pollutant emission analysis model to study its emission characteristics,classify the ship emission according to air pollutant type,ship type,ship navigation condition and ship emission source,visualize the ship emission time according to month and peak hour,and use Arc GIS to study the ship emission space visualization.In addition,the system dynamics method was used to construct an emission reduction model for container ships in the port area,determine the subsystems affecting the emission of container ships in the port area as economy,energy,environment,ships and policies,construct causality diagrams and system flow diagrams of the main variables in the subsystems,determine the system dynamics equations among the variables,and study their dynamic change patterns.Finally,we summarize and analyze the emission reduction techniques,and further propose emission reduction suggestions based on this scenario.This study takes Ningbo Zhoushan Port as the research object,constructs a ship emission inventory of the core port area from January to June 2021,visualizes and analyzes its emission characteristics according to ship attributes,time and space,and constructs a SD model of container ship emission reduction to simulate the change of emission reduction effect and total benefit of container ships under different emission reduction scenarios,and on this basis analyzes and further proposes emission reduction suggestions. |
