| The petroleum industry is the pillar industry of the national economy and plays a vital role in the market economy.In recent years,with the rapid development of our economy and the introduction of relevant industrial policies,the oilfield service industry has received unprecedented development,but the competition is increasingly fierce,facing unprecedented challenges and threats.With the increasing competition in the market,how to improve their own competitiveness and remain invincible in the market competition has become a big problem troubling the oilfield service enterprises.The competition between enterprises is no longer just the competition between products and quality,but the competition between service marketing with service as the core.Only by constantly changing sales methods,updating development concepts,seeking new development methods and optimizing service marketing strategies can oilfield service companies survive in the fierce market competition.Based on the theory of service marketing strategy,this paper selects YCYS Company as the research object,analyzes the current service marketing environment and strategy of the company,finds out the problems existing in its service marketing strategy,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.At present,YCYS ’service is in a business-heavy,service-light mode.The company only provides drilling technical services to customers,without focusing on how to strengthen communication with customers and how to improve customer satisfaction.Based on the actual situation of YCYS company,this paper uses PEST analysis method and Porter’s five forces model to analyze the external macro environment and industry environment of YCYS Company’s service marketing,and uses SWOT analysis to analyze the micro environment of YCYS company’s service marketing,including internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats,based on service marketing strategy.7PS theory is used to analyze feasible optimization suggestions,and service marketing strategy is applied to the enterprise,Specifically,the improvement measures include enriching product categories,optimizing product pricing system,comprehensively using multiple channels,increasing promotion methods,strengthening the construction of talent team,diversifying physical display and standardizing service process,so as to effectively solve the problems existing in the service marketing of YCYS,improve the core competitiveness of the company,improve the overall business level of YCYS,improve market share Strengthening the core competitiveness of the company in the industry has certain practical significance,and also has certain reference and reference significance for the service marketing work of other oil service enterprises. |
