| Drilling engineering plays a crucial role in oil and gas extraction and requires significant investment of time and resources.Therefore,improving the stability and fault tolerance of the drilling process is particularly important.However,due to human error and uncertainty in geological structures,drilling accidents may occur,releasing harmful gases,damaging expensive drilling equipment,causing injuries,environmental pollution,economic losses,and delays in project time.Therefore,effective control of drilling accidents is of vital importance in drilling engineering.This paper focuses on the blowout accident in the drilling process of a certain oilfield and aims to design and implement a 3D visualization simulation system for petroleum drilling accidents based on Unity3D.The main research and development work are as follows:1)Data cleaning and import in drilling engineering.Based on the logging data of a certain oil field,interpolation algorithms are used to clean the data,fill in missing data,and remove noise and outliers.Then,the drilling data is imported using the LitJSON script in Unity3D.2)Building 3D drilling equipment models and geological scenes.Drilling equipment models,such as the drill bit,drill collar,drill pipe connection,drill pipe,and self-elevating drilling platform,are constructed using 3Ds Max,and the Loop Subdivision Surface detail optimization algorithm is employed to optimize the models.The lithology map of the geological scene is established.The models are exported in FBX format and imported into Unity3D,where the relevant prefabricated components of the simulation system are produced.3)Design and implementation of the petroleum drilling accident simulation system.Based on Unity3D,the UI interface,real-time drilling parameter line chart,wellbore leakage animation,accident occurrence and processing process,and other system functions are implemented.The Bayesian wellbore leakage accident cause model is combined to simulate and analyze drilling accident cases,verifying the reliability and effectiveness of the simulation system.This study covers various aspects from theory to practice,from model construction to system implementation,providing new ideas and methods for further research on petroleum drilling accidents.The research and implementation of this paper provide a visual and efficient simulation tool for drilling engineers,which helps to improve the safety and stability of the drilling process and reduce the probability of drilling accidents.In addition,the 3D visualization drilling accident simulation system can also provide training support for drilling site workers,enabling them to quickly grasp the methods of preventing and handling drilling accidents in a virtual environment,thus further improving their operational skills and safety awareness.In summary,this study provides strong support for the prevention and treatment of petroleum drilling accidents and has broad application prospects and practical significance.As a computer technology master,the above abstract is a rigorous and accurate academic English abstract. |
