In recent years,China has actively promoted the reform of energy structure so that the demand gap of LNG(liquefied natural gas)has expanded year by year,which has reached 167.3 billion cubic meters,which makes the LNG business usher in an unprecedented development prospect.J natural gas company is a state-owned natural gas company established to alleviate the shortage of LNG in the Bohai Rim.Although J company is in a relatively tight LNG industry,most of the enterprises competing with it have the characteristics of large volume,early establishment and fixed consumer groups.In order to take the initiative in the market competition,J natural gas company needs to deepen the reform of human resource management in addition to improving its business management ability.This paper takes J natural gas company as the research object,takes the existing problems as the breakthrough point,and uses the theory of equity theory and broadband salary theory as the theoretical support.From its organizational structure to the current situation of salary management,the problems existing in salary management are fully studied and analyzed.Then put forward targeted solutions,from macro to micro,first match the overall strategy of the enterprise with the salary strategy,focus on the division of job categories and evaluation of job value,according to the job evaluation results,the basic salary is adjusted to the post salary.At the same time,we should establish a salary adjustment mechanism based on the assessment results,optimize the enterprise salary management process,and further achieve the goal of fair salary management,hoping to solve the problems existing in the salary management of J hot gas company.In China,there are also many enterprises involved in the LNG industry for the first time,and their traditional business is similar to J natural gas company.There are also problems that salary management cannot adapt to the LNG industry.It is hoped that this paper can also play a reference role in the salary management of similar enterprises. |
