The Characteristics And Optimization Enlightenment Of Sports Equipment Vendors Running Competitions

Since 2014,the state has frequently issued guiding policies and documents on reducing administrative examination and approval and promoting sports consumption.With the continuous heating up of the reform topic of ‘regulation and service’ and the increasing support of the government for social forces to run the tournament,billiards,which has a broad mass base but is limited to non-Olympic sports,has finally achieved great development.Bei Zhou Group,a sports equipment manufacturer in billiards industry,has been strongly supported by the Ling Hai government,and has received positive feedback from the domestic and foreign markets for many years.However,the association in charge of the domestic billiards project has not participated in the process of holding the tournament in Bei Zhou,and the interactive relationship between the enterprise and the association has been a hot topic in the industry.Through the research on the organizing method of Bei Zhou Chinese Pool Tournament and the behavior of enterprises running the tournament,it can provide reference for the optimization direction of other equipment enterprises running the tournament,and has certain practical significance for the national sports department and each individual association to better regulate and guide the equipment enterprises running sports events.Based on the theory of sports event management and the related researches of social forces,this paper combines the reform of individual sports associations with the policy background of ‘regulation and service’,and adopts five research methods,including literature,expert interview and participatory observation.From the development history of the event,the operation mode of enterprises,the organization method of the event and the social and economic benefits,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The four stages of Bei Zhou Chinese Pool Competition profoundly reflect the development and changes of Chinese billiards for many years,integrate with the development history of the project,complement each other and benefit each other.(2)Bei Zhou Group aims to expand the market by holding the tournament and realize the coordinated development of the tournament and the enterprise,which reflects the characteristics of the equipment company holding the tournament and promotes the popularity of Chinese billiards projects.(3)Bei Zhou Chinese Pool presents the features of systematic competition,flexible and efficient management mode,and competition rules different from those stipulated by the official association.(4)The Bei Zhou Chinese Pool Game is supported by the local government,and the development of enterprises and competitions effectively promotes the development of local sports industry,so as to achieve a win-win situation between the sports equipment manufacturers and the local government.(5)The way in which Bei Zhou Group is separated from the project association brings multiple hidden dangers such as project governance and fair competition.According to the results of the research,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)The sports equipment manufacturer should adopt various measures to build the brand of the event.(2)Sports equipment manufacturers should take the initiative to seek guidance and cooperation from local governments,sports departments at all levels and project associations to help the government realize the transformation from ‘sports management’ to ‘sports governance’.(3)Sports equipment manufacturers should pay close attention to the dynamic development of sports industry,sports events and other related policies,adjust and optimize in time,organize competitions according to laws and regulations,and explore the most suitable way of organizing competitions that meets the demands of enterprises and the overall development of the project.(4)In the context of the policy of ‘regulation and service’,the project association should give early warning and properly deal with the possible complex situation in the industry.(5)The sports department of the government should pay attention to coordination and balance the demands of all stakeholders of sports equipment manufacturers in running competitions,guide social forces in running competitions in a healthy and orderly way,and serve the goal of becoming a powerful sports country.
