| During exploration and development in oilfields,large quantities of waste water and waste liquids are generated,including oilfield produced water,waste liquids from oilfield operations such as fracturing,acidification,well flushing,and pipeline cleaning,as well as waste liquids from drilling mud.Disposal of these wastes can result in severe environmental pollution.The technology has become increasingly perfected and has now reached a high level through researching nearly two decades of research and development fortunately.However,waste water and waste liquid from oilfield operations such as fracturing,acidification,well flushing,pipeline cleaning,and waste liquid from drilling mud are difficult to treat due to their complex composition and relatively low quantity of water.It has been not enough attention to researching harmless treatment technology,resulting in fewer feasible treatment method and process technologies,which cannot maintain stable and qualified water treatment quality.This paper has investigated the main ingredients and characteristics of waste fracturing fluid and analyzed the existing problems of the treatment of waste fracturing fluid through the current treatment processes in Heshui oil field.An optimization plan for the process technology is proposed,including the optimization design of the concentration of treatment agents,and some improved process design has been applied to Heshui field.The conclusion of this paper are as foll ws:1.Fracturing waste fluid in Heshui Oilfield has the characteristics of high oil content,high suspended matter,relatively high viscosity and wide range of various water quality index.2.The treatment process of waste fracturing liquid in Heshui oilfield has been constantly improved and optimized,and the operation results have shown that it can better meet the needs of the treatment of waste fracturing liquid in Heshui oilfield through this paper researching.3.The treatment process system of "Coalescent oil removal+micro-electrolytic oxidation+air float filtration+membrane filtration" proposed in this paper has a good effect on the stable water quality standard of waste fracturing liquid treatment.4.Through experimental analysis,addition ratio of the optimal treatment agent of waste fracturing liquid in Heshui oilfield is,NaOH(200mg/L)+30%PAC(600mg/L)+PAM(6mg/L).5.Put forward the idea and design of continuous water quality monitoring.Through continuous water quality monitoring of 4 process nodes,the normal water quality parameters of each monitoring node are determined,which provides a basis for dynamic monitoring of the production process. |
