A bororganic crosslinker for fracturing fluid of oil well was prepared by boric acid, ethylene glycol and triethanolamine with sodium hydroxide as catalyst. The effect of reaction time, reaction temperature, the amounts of boric acid and ethylene glycol on the properties of product in crosslinking time and HFGF crosslinkedn in heat resistant was studied. Meanwhile, the effect of catalyst amount on the property of bororganic crosslinker in storage stability was discussed. The optimum reaction condition was obtained:reaction time4h, reaction temperature120℃, triethanolamine53.4%, boric acid21.4%, ethylene glycol17.2%and NaOH1.7%. Under the optimum conditions,5batches of200kg pilot was completed and determined of the production process. In order to improve the compatibility and stability of fracturing fluid, a new water-soluble bactericide FY-SJ was selected. By contrast with1227and glutaraldehyde, FY-SJ had advantage of both low odor and good compatibility with various fracturing additives. It reduced the viscosity loss of hydroxypropyl guar gum solution and crosslinking ratio. The fracturing fluid of prepared with it appeared the excellent performance, for example: storage time preparation and use.According to the corresponding industry standards, the performance of fracturing fluid, with hydroxypropyl guar gum as thickener, synthetic organic boron as crosslinking agent, FY-SJ as fracturing fluid bacteriacide was evaluated in laboratory. The results shown:the fracturing fluid possessed temperature stability, shearing resistance, completely gel-breaking property with less filter loss and residue, low fracture flow conductivity and core damage. Meanwhile, the fracturing fluid was completed field fracture experiments of6production wells in Dingbian oil production plant of Yanchang oilfield. The field application was successful, and flow back of this fracturing fluid was achieved good result, which laid the foundation for further popularization and application of this fracturing fluid system. |
