| Wire rope is a spiral winding rope formed by using a certain number of rope strands twisted,and is widely used in coal mines,tourist ports,military industry,transportation,oilfield drilling and other fields.The crank closer is the main equipment for the production of wire rope,and the control of strand tension in the process of rope closing is crucial to improve the quality and life expectancy of the wire rope.At present,most domestic wire rope manufacturers still use manual control of strand tension when closing ropes.In order to improve the accuracy of strand tension control,it is necessary to develop a set of tension online detection and control system.In this project,1000/6 frame crank closer are used as the research object to design a set of tension online detection and control system.Firstly,through the research content and technical route of this topic,the overall scheme of the tension online detection and control system of1000/6 frame crank closer was determined,the tension control system scheme of 1000/6 frame crank closer was designed,and the workflow was formulated.The structural design of tension adjustment device and tension online detection device was completed.According to the requirements of the tension control system scheme,complete the selection and design of the controller PLC;Complete the circuit hardware design of tension online detection device,tension adjustment device and general console,control circuit design,PLC control program writing and host computer software design.Through the 3D model established by Solid Works software,ANSYS software and ADAMS software were used to simulate the static and dynamic analysis of the tension online detection device and tension adjustment device to verify the rationality and safety of the design structure.Finally,an experimental platform for online detection and control system of single strand tension was built in the laboratory,and the experimental verification was carried out,and the target tension of a single strand rope was set to 200 N,250N and 300 N.Experimental data show that the tension online detection and control system designed in this project is reasonable and feasible.On this basis,a set of 1000/6 industrial prototypes of online detection and control system for tension of crank closer were produced,which were installed and debugged on the spot in Xianyang Gem Steel Pipe Steel Rope Co.,Ltd.,and the target tension of the strand rope was set to 300 N during the test.The field test results show that the designed 1000/6 rope clamping machine tension online detection and control system can meet the requirements of actual production on site,the consistency rate of 6 strands of rope tension is above 92%,and the relative error of tension of each strand is less than 5%.Therefore,the 1000/6 frame crank closer tension online detection and control system designed in this project meets the actual production needs,is simple to operate,has good use effect,and has certain practical and promotion value. |
