Mine hoist,as the only channel connecting ground and underground,plays an important role in coal mine production.As an important part of mine hoist,the safety and reliability of mine hoist wire rope directly determines the safety and economy of coal mine production.However,the existing vibration and tension detection methods can not meet the requirements of complex actual working conditions.Therefore,in this thesis,the theoretical mechanical model of multi-rope friction lifting system is established by combining theoretical modeling calculation with actual detection and verification,and the correlation between transverse vibration characteristics of steel wire rope and rope tension is studied.A set of real-time detection system of steel wire rope tension is designed and developed.The system has the characteristics of strong anti-interference and high accuracy.It provides technical support for the safe operation of mine hoist wire rope.First of all,the vibration model of mine hoisting steel wire rope is established based on Hamilton principle,and the differential equation of steel wire rope vibration considering external excitation is established in combination with the boundary conditions at the end of the pulley and reel,and its discrete solution is carried out.The vibration characteristics of steel wire rope during the operation of mine hoisting system are studied by case simulation.It provides the theoretical basis for the tension detection of wire rope.Then,considering the service condition,vibration law,characteristics to be measured and other factors,the image acquisition equipment was selected,and a horizontal vibration image recognition algorithm of steel wire rope based on inclined rectangle fitting method was proposed,which improved the accuracy and stability of steel wire rope vibration recognition.On this basis,a bad point cleaning and correction method of absolute mean data based on difference theory is proposed,which has a better filtering and correction effect on vibration data of wire rope in time domain,and provides algorithm support for tension detection of wire rope.Then,the wire rope tension measurement system is built according to the requirements of actual testing conditions,and the intelligent detection system software of wire rope vibration and tension is developed.The software includes camera calibration,tension detection,automatic drawing,abnormal alarm,data saving and system setting,which can carry out real-time detection of the vibration data and tension of wire rope.Finally,a field test was carried out in Datun Coal Power Yaoqiao Coal Mine,and according to the test results,the detection effect of the above measuring system was evaluated,and the practicability of the measuring system was verified.This thesis has66 figures,14 tables and 95 references.
