In this paper,through the methods of numerical simulation,data statistics and artificial intelligence,the single factor and multi-factor analysis of the mechanical water plugging effect of horizontal wells are carried out.Based on the BP neural network algorithm,the evaluation model of mechanical water plugging effect of horizontal wells is established,and the well selection principle of mechanical water plugging technology of horizontal wells is put forward.(1)Through streamline numerical simulation,it is found that the conditions for obtaining the best mechanical water plugging effect of horizontal wells are as follows:the permeability coefficient of variation is 0.2,the water plugging part is toe+heel water plugging,the water injection well network is five-point method,the reservoir thickness is about 15m,the daily oil production is 7m~3/d and the length of horizontal well section is 600m.(2)Taking C6 and C8layers of P oilfield as the main research objects,single factor analysis was carried out.The results showed that a total of 8 factors such as porosity,permeability and oil saturation had a great influence on the water plugging effect of horizontal wells.Based on the GRA,Entropy-based method and AHP,a multi-factor analysis was carried out on 15 factors such as porosity,permeability and Young’s modulus,and the influence weight of each index on the mechanical water plugging effect of horizontal wells was clarified.(3)The BP neural network composed of13 input parameters such as fracturing strength and 4 output parameters such as productivity recovery rate,21 hidden layer nodes,relu type activation function,3 hidden layers,learning rate of 0.005 and Nadam optimizer was established.After verification,the evaluation model of mechanical water plugging effect of horizontal wells was established.(4)The mechanical plugging effect of horizontal wells is divided into four types of wells and corresponding to different water plugging measures,and the well selection principle of mechanical plugging technology for horizontal wells is established.The research content of this paper provides a theoretical basis for the decision-making of mechanical water plugging in horizontal wells.
