In-depth discussion of the multi-hazard safety risk assessment technology in chemical parks is a necessary condition to ensure the safe operation of chemical parks,and the effective information technology support is of great significance to improve the safety risk management level of chemical parks.This paper uses the information technology Web GIS combined with the multi-hazard coupling accident risk analysis method based on Bayesian network to realize the risk information management analysis and visual display,and forming a visual and three-dimensional safety monitoring and risk management.The main research work is as follows:Analyzing the evolution process of multi-hazard coupling accidents in chemical industry parks,and useing the statistical method of historical accident data,the historical accident data is analyzed from the three aspects of hazard-causing factors,disaster-affected bodies and accident types,and the mechanism of multi-hazard coupling accidents is determined.The stage of industrial accidents caused by natural disaster coupling is selected for research,and the relevant parameters of natural disasters are selected as the evaluation indicators of disaster-causing factors.It is found that the most accident-prone disaster-bearing body is the production equipment in the factory area,and no matter what the coupling type of disasters is,the three types of accidents that finally affect the chemical industry park are fire,explosion and leakage.By using the Bayesian network to build a multi-hazard coupling risk assessment model in the chemical industry park,analyze and determine the nodes of the Bayesian network according to the mechanism of the multi-hazard coupling accident,and then use the mathematical model and expert opinions to determine the parameters to solve the problem in the chemical industry park Multi-hazard coupling risk assessment.Then,taking an earthquake-flood coupling in a building in a certain factory area as an example,run Netica to calculate the risk probability and grade it.The results show that the coupling risk between disasters is higher than the simple superposition of accident risks caused by a single disaster,which has certain guiding significance for the management,control and governance of multi-disaster coupling risks in chemical industry parks.On the issue of using information technology to serve safety risk management,we built a three-dimensional Web GIS platform for the chemical industry park based on the oblique photography model,spatial attribute data and business logic data,and then integrated the platform with the Bayesian network risk assessment model to achieve risk assessment Results are visualized.This provides a technical route for the construction of related information systems,and it is convenient for safety managers to use the system for risk management,which can improve the level and efficiency of daily safety management.
