Research And Practice Of Child Infusion Seat Design Based On Empathy Design

This research takes the empathy design method as the guiding idea to research and innovate the design of children’s infusion chairs to reduce children’s tension during the infusion process,enhance the interaction and care between parents and children during the infusion process,reduce the pressure of accompanying children with loose parents,and make the whole infusion process comfortable and safe.The current situation of empathy design at home and abroad was studied by literature analysis method,market research method and questionnaire research method,and the current situation and development trend of empathy design research at home and abroad were grasped,and the method and process of empathy design research were formulated.The user research was conducted by using percolation observation method,design prototype simulation method and user behavior simulation method,and the user research data was summarized to determine the target users.Through the feature analysis of the target users,the user consultation process framework was drawn,the user context map and user empathy map were constructed,and the basic functional requirements of the child infusion seat were determined.The design orientation of the subject was analyzed and researched through the visual representation level,behavioral interaction level,social reflection level of children’s infusion seat empathy design and its related competing products,combined with the systematic research and analysis of children’s infusion seat,and clearly gave the design orientation of children’s infusion seat function,structure,material,appearance and shape,and use environment.In the practical session of the child infusion seat design,according to the design positioning,the program design was carried out for optimizing the parent-child interaction method,relieving the user’s infusion anxiety,providing good rest space,meeting the occasional movement demand,improving the infusion seat function,safety guarantee and the appearance of childlike modeling.The five-point scale method was used to evaluate and filter the preliminary solutions,and the preliminary solutions were optimized and iterated according to the evaluation results,and the final design of the child infusion seat was output.The final design is evaluated by users,and the conclusion that users are satisfied with the design is obtained.Conduct user evaluation on the final design to get the conclusion that users are satisfied with the design.
