In recent years,with the steady progress of innovation driven development strategy deployment,China’s industrial transformation and upgrading has accelerated,and the industrial economy has been revitalized again.China’s Strategic Emerging Industries Catalog,which was revised in 2018,includes many industries with high innovation attributes,such as the biomedical industry.The Fourteenth Five Year Plan clearly emphasized the importance of the development of the biomedical industry.As a representative industry,the stem cell industry has attracted much attention.As a representative industry,the stem cell industry has attracted much attention.However,the development of stem cell industry in China has been restricted due to its late start,weak technical foundation,poor communication with the subjects and other problems,resulting in serious internal friction of stem cell industry resources and difficult formation of R&D and production resultant force.Therefore,in order to improve the development quality of the stem cell industry,this paper distinguishes the links of the stem cell industry in the form of "chain",conducts measurement work around the industrial chain and innovation chain with high goal convergence,introduces the new idea of "inter-chain" to describe the collaborative relationship between the main bodies in the stem cell,studies the content of the inter-chain integration mechanism of the stem cell industry chain and innovation chain,and puts forward targeted strategies.First of all,this paper combs the integration of industrial chain and innovation chain,influencing factors,and domestic and foreign research on the integration relationship from the perspective of multi-agent collaboration,expounds the connotation and ideas of inter-chain integration from the perspective of multi-agent collaboration,and summarizes the main functions of universities,hospitals,research institutes,governments,and enterprises involved in the stem cell industry.The Kmeans cluster analysis method is used to analyze the current development status of the stem cell industry at the level of industry chain,knowledge innovation and technology innovation,and the coupling coordination degree is used to measure intra chain connection strength and inter-chain connection strength of the stem cell industry.Person correlation test was used to determine the main research subjects’ collaborative combination.Based on the fs QCA method,the necessity analysis and integration mode identification of the dual chain inter-chain integration of stem cell industry were carried out.Secondly,based on the necessary combination of subjects obtained in the previous article,using AHP analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,perceived risk and other methods,design the inter-chain integration subject selection mechanism and inter-chain integration subject collaborating mechanism of basic state and cohesive state,cohesive state and product state to form a hierarchical industrial development integration mechanism.On this basis,platform-based full interchain integration development mechanism is designed to form a complete dual chain inter-chain integration mechanism of stem cell industry.Finally,according to the operation idea of the dual chain inter chain fusion mechanism of stem cell industry,provide the dual chain inter chain fusion strategy of stem cell industry.This paper opens up a new research idea of "inter-chain integration",puts forward the concepts of intra chain connection strength and inter-chain connection strength,and enriches the research content of the integration theory of industrial chain and innovation chain.In addition,focusing on the empirical research of the stem cell industry,based on the analysis results of quantitative data,the combination content of multi-agent collaboration in the stem cell industry has been analyzed in detail.By constructing the double chain inter-chain integration mechanism of the stem cell industry,the specific optimization strategy of the double chain inter-chain integration of the stem cell industry has been proposed,which provides a scientific reference for the high-quality development of the stem cell industry. |
