| With the progress of science and technology and the development of overseas market,the requirements of overseas information system construction are becoming higher and higher.At the same time,due to the difference of conditions,the problem of schedule management becomes increasingly prominent in the construction process of information projects.In this paper,we take the researches and constructions of RF’s Operation Management System project as example,introduce the use of critical chain method.Because of do not consider the impact of resources,Traditional schedule management methods such as Gantt Chart and Critical Path Method have some shortcomings.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign theoretical research,this paper analyzes the current situation of RF company’s operation management system project.And then a new project schedule and implementation plan based on the critical chain was proposed for the construction process of operation management system project.Through the comparison with traditional methods such as Gantt chart and critical path method,as well as the evaluation of implementation effect,it objectively shows that the optimized method has certain advantages.At the same time,it provides a certain reference and reference for similar information system construction projects. |
