In view of the leakage and corrosion of the pipeline wall,it is necessary to dig the oil pipeline in the detection process to detect the corrosion degree of the inner wall of the oil pipeline and even check the pipeline leakage.By comparing the traditional oil pipeline detection methods,it is found that none of these methods can directly detect the overall internal situation of the oil pipeline.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes a new method that can intuitively detect the internal situation of the oil pipeline.The designed system meets the requirements of real-time detection and real-time control,and realizes the video acquisition along the way.All the way to send and receive the control signal,through the cable transmission can be real-time remote monitoring and viewing,the corrosion and leakage of each part of the pipeline judgment,is conducive to determine the location of defects,convenient for engineering personnel to deal with the oil pipeline.The main work of the paper:The overall design of the system,according to the technical indicators that the system needs to meet,the requirements and detection process of the detection system,the composition of the system and the external working process of the system,the video acquisition technology required by the system,H.265 video coding technology,video information high-speed transmission technology,and the network transmission protocols RTSP protocol and RTP protocol selection.Completed the hardware design of the internal function module of the system in the oil pipeline,realized the video acquisition,video coding compression,video transmission,and the control of the main control chip STM32 to the measurement and control module and the acquisition of the ARM chip control image.Based on STM32F103C8T7 chip,the minimum system of main control chip is designed.Based on the coding chip HI3516EV300,complete the design of the related interface,serial port module design,realize the connection with the main controller,NANDflash module design,video storage module design Ethernet communication module design.The high speed remote transmission module is used to design the cable transmission mode and analyze the cable transmission characteristics.Completed the system software design,realized 485 communication to realize the system’s control of the measurement and control module,to realize the control of the measurement and control module.The program is designed to realize the image acquisition and device driving,transplant Linux development environment,realize the information interaction between the upper computer and embedded system,and realize the network transmission of video data between the upper computer and the coding board.The control interface of the upper computer system is designed to realize the control instruction of the upper computer,the realization and program design of the functions of video playback,preview,video recording and capture,and the realization of the overall software functions of the system through the configuration of web video parameters.Finally,the system test in the laboratory environment is mainly divided into system function test and system overall experiment.Ensure the video image acquisition and remote transmission function verification of the oil pipeline inspection system before detection,and ensure the normal data communication function of the system.Then simulate the vibration experiment of the detection system during the detection process to verify the stability of the overall transmission performance of the system.During the whole system test,the laboratory simulation pipeline was tested and the test effect was analyzed.
