As the aerospace field continues to rapidly develop,the short-arm composite motion centrifuge used to simulate high overload environments plays an important role in aerospace medical experiments.An efficient and stable control system can improve the reliability and stability of the experiments.This paper focuses on the control system of the short-arm composite motion centrifuge and designs a set of control systems that meet the control requirements and have high accuracy and responsiveness.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)In accordance with the design requirements of the short-arm composite motion centrifuge,the technical indicators and control system requirements are clearly identified.The mechanical structure and operating parameters of the short-arm composite motion centrifuge are analyzed,and a master-slave control system scheme for the "PC+Motion Controller" is designed to meet the control requirements of the short-arm composite motion centrifuge.(2)The paper designs a fuzzy PID dual closed-loop control system for spindle DC brushless motor to address the difficulties in parameter tuning and unsatisfactory control performance of the conventional PID algorithm in actual applications of nonlinear control systems.Using the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform,a simulation model of the spindle motor control system is set up,and the simulation analysis shows that the spindle motor control system with the fuzzy PID algorithm has good dynamic and static performance and better control performance than the conventional PID algorithm under the same conditions.(3)Hardware design of the short-arm composite motion centrifuge control system was conducted,where selection and design of critical hardware components,such as the spindle motor and control driver,motion controller,passenger cabin motor and driver,were carried out.Additionally,a detailed exposition of the functionality of each component was provided,and the electrical structure design of the control system was completed.(4)Design of Software Control System for Short Arm Composite Centrifuge Based on Modular Programming Concept.The main program,communication connection program,motion control program,curve fitting program,fuzzy PID control algorithm program,and human-machine interface were designed separately using modular programming concept.The system was debugged and tested to solve problems encountered during the debugging process,and the accuracy of rotational speed was verified.The research results indicate that the designed software control system for short arm composite centrifuge in this paper can achieve accurate speed regulation of the main spindle system and composite motion of the manned capsule.The main spindle control system based on fuzzy PID algorithm exhibits excellent control performance,meeting the design requirements.
