Research On Aesthetic Expression Of Ceramic Carburizing Process

The ceramic carburizing process is a manifestation of mud and fire,rooted in farming culture.In today’s society,it establishes people’s recognizance and expression of traditional crafts,and satisfies people’s psychological needs of longing for close contact with history and nature in the industrial society.In this paper,by comparing the development of traditional local ceramic carburizing-related firing processes and general firing rules,combined with experimental firing methods such as raku firing and pit firing of modern ceramics,the principle and characteristics of carburizing technology are analyzed and summarized,and high-temperature Firing feasibility study of carburizing process,formulate experimental plan.And try to explore and analyze the aesthetic characteristics and value of carburized ceramics from the aesthetic point of view,such as material,color,space shape,firing process,etc.,to reflect its uniqueness and richness in ceramic comprehensive decoration.Combining the different carburizing methods of high-temperature kiln carburizing and carburizing outside the kiln,through experiments such as mud material,firing method,surface effect,etc.,to try different decorative effects,the unique firing process of carburizing in ceramics The decorative effect has accumulated experience,which laid the foundation for the subsequent ceramic art creation and product development.The main focus of this study is the experimental and creative research of different firing methods and different surface decoration effects in the ceramic carburizing process,in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
