| Taihu Lake Basin is currently facing the dual challenges of water environment pollution and water shortage.The main reason for further deterioration of water environment is the rough economic growth mode,therefore,industrial transformation and development is an important way to change the rough growth mode,realize the coordinated development of water environment and township industry in Taihu Lake basin,and promote the integration of regional economy,society and water environment.Based on this background,this paper integrates the theories of human geography,rural geography,environmental geography and other disciplines,and analyzes the characteristics of water environment capacity zoning in Jiangsu area of Taihu Basin using AHP-entropy methodfuzzy comprehensive evaluation method model,descriptive statistics method and industrial advantage degree evaluation method,explores the spatial and temporal characteristics of township industry evolution and development in the area,and proposes the optimization of township industry in Taihu Basin under water environment constraint The following conclusions were obtained.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)The Jiangsu area of Taihu Lake Basin is facing the problems of water shortage and eutrophication of water bodies,and the water environment capacity of townships in the eastern part of the basin has increased significantly,while the water environment capacity of townships in the northwestern part of the basin has decreased significantly.From the perspective of water resources and water environment.Industrial water consumption has long occupied more than 60% of the total water consumption in the basin,resulting in a serious shortage of water resources per capita.The concentration of total nitrogen in the water is V,total phosphorus is IV,and the concentration of organic matter is high,leading to the overpopulation of algae and other aquatic organisms,which directly affects the ecosystem and drinking water safety in the region and leads to structural water shortage.Therefore,it is necessary to continue to strengthen the comprehensive management of water environment to achieve better water environment quality.From the water environment capacity zoning,the overall water environment capacity is on the rise,but there are still some areas with more serious water environment problems.The water environment capacity of Suzhou part has increased significantly,while the township water environment capacity of Zhenjiang part has decreased significantly.The spatial changes show that the high water environment capacity areas in the region tend to be distributed in the eastern part of the basin,while the low water environment capacity areas tend to be distributed in the northwestern part of the basin.(2)The industrial structure of the township has undergone an evolutionary process of transition from agriculture to industry and services,with the industrial center of gravity spreading from the east to the west of the basin.At the macro level,the industrial development of the townships shows three main characteristics: 1.the proportion of tertiary industries continues to increase,and the service industry becomes the main driver of economic growth;2.the proportion of secondary industries decreases slightly,but still occupies a dominant position in the basin;3.the proportion of primary industries continues to decrease,but the output value keeps growing steadily,and the degree of agricultural industrialization continues to increase.At the micro level,there are two characteristics of industrial evolution: 1)townships with advantages in planting and breeding industries are moving westward,and the western part of the basin is characterized by belt-like aggregation;2)townships with industrial and service industries are strengthening their aggregation in the eastern part of the basin,while spreading rapidly to the central and western part of the basin,forming a spatial pattern of "one ring and one belt".(3)Spatial changes in township industries show different trends,with farming and industry moving to high-capacity areas of the water environment,plantation industries gathering in low and medium-capacity areas,and service industries on the rise in all water environment capacity areas.Industrial townships continue to gather in the eastern part of the basin around Taihu Lake and the Yangtze River belt is a significant trend.The service industry townships move around the industrial townships on the one hand,and on the other hand,they also gather rapidly in the eastern part of the basin and spread to the western part of the basin,with high spatial correlation between the two types of townships.The number of plantation and farming townships keeps decreasing and gradually retreats to the western part of the basin.Slightly different from the spatial change of the plantation industry,the farming industry still has secondary aggregation peaks in the southeast of the basin.Among them,the farming industry to the high capacity of the water environment in the area of the transfer trend is obvious,while industry to the water environment in the middle and high capacity area occurred in a significant trend of transfer.On the contrary,there is a tendency for the farming industry to gather in areas with low and medium water environment capacity.The service industry,because of its need to be close to the special characteristics of the consumer market,there is an upward trend in all water environment capacity zones.(4)According to the corresponding development suggestions for different types of industrial zones,industrial suitable zones should focus on developing local special agricultural products,developing and improving the upstream and downstream industrial chains,strengthening brand construction and promotion,further expanding market share,and at the same time strengthening water environment monitoring to ensure that industrial activities are within the tolerable range of water environment capacity.The general industrial zone should give priority to the development of industries with less impact on the water environment,lead by scientific and technological innovation,promote industrial pollution reduction and emission reduction,and at the same time strengthen the monitoring and management of local water resources to control the pollution discharge of industrial activities.The industrial optimization zone should start from both "expansion" and"pollution reduction",break industrial barriers,promote the synergistic development of different industries,form an industrial structure that is more conducive to environmental protection and sustainable development,and at the same time rectify the phenomenon of"small,scattered,disorderly" and eliminate the "small,scattered,disorderly" industries,Disorderly" and other phenomena,eliminating backward production capacity,strict control of industrial activities of pollution emissions,strengthen ecological restoration,and protect wetlands. |
