Research On Investment Andfinancing Path For Comprehensive Management Of Water Environment In Taihu Lake Basin

For a long time,the ecological environment of Taihu Lake Basin has been overwhelmed by the over exploitation mode which neglects the carrying capacity.Under the background of the national efforts to promote the comprehensive management of water environment in Taihu Lake Basin,governments at all levels have successively issued relevant documents,comprehensively deployed the comprehensive management of water environment in Taihu Lake Basin,and continuously increased financial support.After years of treatment,the water environment of Taihu Lake Basin has gradually improved,but there is still a certain gap with the overall treatment goal.It needs a lot of funds to continue to manage Taihu Lake Basin.However,the comprehensive management projects of the basin has strong public welfare,low income and long return cycle,which makes the project financing more difficult than other fields.Therefore,the research on investment and financing is very important for the comprehensive management of Taihu Lake Basin.It focuses on the investment and financing of the comprehensive management of Taihu Lake Basin,and sorts the feasible market-oriented financing channels,in order to provide reference for the follow-up comprehensive management of water environment in Taihu Lake Basin.The main research methods are literature analysis,policy research,questionnaire survey and AHP.First of all,based on the policy and practice background of the comprehensive management of water environment in Taihu Lake Basin and the research status at home and abroad,points out the problems and shortcomings of investment and financing in the management of Taihu Lake Basin,and puts forward the necessity of investment and financing research in the management of Taihu Lake Basin.Secondly,through the research of literature and policy,analyzes the governance effect,project type and investment and financing status of the comprehensive management of water environment in Taihu Lake Basin.Identify and screen the common financing channels in related fields and the factors affecting the selection of financing channels.The government financing channels,market-oriented financing channels and three kinds of complementary channels are analyzed.Finally,the AHP method is used to deal with the collected questionnaire and calculated the priority of six financing channels is obtained.Based on this,the investment and financing path of the comprehensive management of water environment in Taihu Lake Basin is constructed,and the case analysis was carried out.
