Research On Communication Management Of Supply Chain Carbon Reduction Project-

With the proposal of "30·60" dual carbon target,China has accelerated the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure and energy structure,and advocated the implementation of green and low-carbon production and life style.Under the background of global climate change,A company is actively changing its business model,building its own zero-carbon factory while creating a green supply chain,strengthening coordination and cooperation with enterprises on existing supply chain nodes.A company tries to reduce the carbon emission of each vehicle manufactured by diagnosing the pilot suppliers and formulating the solutions for carbon reduction measures.This thesis takes A company’s supply chain carbon reduction project as the specific research object,takes the communication management status of A company’s supply chain carbon reduction project as the main research content,and finally realizes the purpose of optimizing the communication management status of A company’s supply chain carbon reduction project.Firstly,study the relevant literatures,review the theories related to the project,combined with the background of multi-subject communication and the characteristics of the weak matrix organizational structure project,take each work process activity of project communication management as the unit,carry out a comprehensive assessment of the current situation of the project,diagnose the existing problems and find the causes of the problems.Secondly,propose a communication solution based on PDCA cycle,establish a PDCA cycle model of project communication management,focus on solving problems in each work process activity and each stage by PDCA cycle,and optimize the whole process of project communication management.Then,through the implementation and application of the solution,the effectiveness of the solution is verified by comparing the situation before and after,and the implementation effect is evaluated to form a complete closed loop.Finally,it has effectively proved that comprehensive project communication management plays an important role in the final success of the project.It is hoped that the research of this project can make managers engaged in supply chain projects or multi-subject projects pay more attention to project communication management,and provide reference value for them.
