Power supply enterprises,as an important link in the power system,have the basic responsibility of transferring the electric energy produced by the power generation units to each power consumption unit through the power grid.Therefore,the safety production of power supply enterprises is not only related to the efficiency of their own production and market competitiveness,but also affects the normal operation of the production and life of the whole society.The safety production management of power supply enterprises in our country has obtained some results in the past decades,but it is always said that the safety production management means are extensive,the safety production consciousness is weak,the theory and practice level is relatively backward.As the most important component of Deming’s quality theory system,PDCA cycle has had a profound impact on the quality management activities all over the world,and has become an important tool that can play an effective role in any management activities,and has achieved good results.It is feasible to apply PDCA work cycle to the field of safety production management because the work flow is very consistent with the actual needs of production safety management.This paper first from the safety production management system and mode,safety production risk management and safety production performance management of three aspects of the domestic and foreign enterprise safety production management is analyzed,and then as a basis to introduce the research work of this paper based on PDCA power supply enterprise safety production management research,and the existing difficulties and innovation points are analyzed.This paper describes the relevant theories,methods and basic knowledge of safety production management,focuses on the basic content and implementation steps of PDCA method,and on this basis analyzes the feasibility of PDCA cycle in power supply enterprise safety production management activities.Subsequently,the problems existing in the safety production management of power supply enterprises are analyzed and summarized,and with PDCA as the guidance,the safety production management scheme of power supply enterprises is formulated.This paper applies the safety production management scheme based on PDCA to X Power Supply Company,and expounds the safety production management practice guided by PDCA cycle from two aspects of the company’s overall safety production management situation and the safety production management case of 10kV Xinhua Street project site.Finally,the evaluation system of safety production management index is established,and the effect of practice activities is evaluated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation results show that the improved safety production management level is at a "higher" level. |
