Currently,there are countless fires happening around the world.Fire will pose a huge threat to people’s life and property safety.To give an early warning of fires,smoke detectors were invented.In home,office and factory environments,independent photoelectric smoke detectors are a relatively common and low-cost type of smoke detector.T The main principle of photoelectric smoke detectors is the Mie scattering of light,that is,the direction deflection occurs when light passes through particles in the atmosphere with similar wavelengths of light,and the intensity of the scattered light in the forward direction is greater than that in the backward direction.The smoke detectors on the market are mainly made based on the forward scattering of light.Therefore,in this paper,a smoke detector with high sensitivity and low false alarm is designed,and the smoke detector is connected to the Internet of Things,and the alarm information can be received through the mobile phone terminal,which can effectively protect the safety of life and property.Most of the current smoke detectors have the problem of false alarms and insensitivity to some black smoke.In order to make the smoke detectors have a lower false alarm rate and higher stability,they can generate alarms for various smoke particles,and at the same time do not alarm the fog.When the smoke detector is designed,the forward scattering and backward scattering of light are collected at the same time,and the two are combined to set the criterion for smoke detection.It can effectively reduce the false alarm rate,improve sensitivity and accuracy.When designing,the smoke detector is divided into two parts,hardware and software,which are designed separately.When designing the hardware part,select the shell for the smoke detector,determine the forward scattering and backward scattering angles of the light,select the required components,design the circuit schematic and the circuit board.The software part is designed to write a single-chip program to support the smoke detector working,complete the function of smoke detection and networking,and design a mobile phone program to receive the current smoke detector status.After completing the design of the smoke detector,data collection is carried out to optimize the problems in the data collection,and then the smoke detection criterion is designed according to the collected data,and it is tested in the actual environment.The test results show that the smoke detector can alarm for smoke,not for water mist,and the alarm information can be sent to the designated mobile phone when the alarm occurs.Through the design of the hardware and software of the smoke detector,data acquisition,design criteria and actual testing,the design of the smoke detector with high sensitivity and low false alarm is completed.Compared with most products on the market,it has the functions of low false alarm rate and high accuracy that do not falsely report water mist and can alarm all smoke. |
