| In order to respond positively to national environmental policies and strengthen environmental supervision,environmental protection departments need to conduct comprehensive monitoring and control of the operation of production and pollution control equipment of enterprises within their jurisdiction,but at present,the ability of the automatic environmental pollution monitoring system in the dynamic monitoring and pollution prediction of industrial pollution source is still insufficient.Therefore,this paper studies a kind of environmental protection electricity intelligent monitoring and control front-end which can monitor the production and pollution treatment equipment,it can collect the real-time electricity data of the production and pollution treatment equipment,through the electricity correlation analysis,the abnormal operation conditions of the pollution control equipment such as unopened and idling are found.The environmental protection department can control the pollution discharge enterprise to stop production and limit production according to the abnormal conditions,and complete the environmental protection plan and goal.This paper first discusses the research background and significance,analyzes and compares the research status quo,and then plans the whole frame of the environmental protection electricity intelligent measurement and control front-end,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the front-end of measurement and control,constructs the hardware system based on the ARM chip IMX6 ULL,and designs the circuit of the power unit,the circuit of the processing control unit and the circuit of the communication interface unit,it includes resistor voltage division sampling circuit,current transformer sampling circuit,high-voltage and low-voltage isolation circuit,Wi Fi communication circuit and power supply circuit,etc..The correlation analysis of electric quantity is studied,and the judgment of working condition of production and pollution control equipment is completed,based on the idea of modularization,seven front-end modules are designed,including Main Program Module,Power Collection Module,Data Processing Module,display module,memory module,relay control module and communication module,multi-threading is used to differentiate the modules,and common queues are used as temporary data stores.Finally,the design of personal PC server module,the completion of data display,storage,analysis and remote control functions.The experiment shows that the front-end of the intelligent measurement and control system for environment-friendly power consumption can interface well with the online server,and then the data collected by the front-end can be displayed on the server,and the accuracy of the collected data is relatively high,also through the electricity correlation analysis of the operating conditions of the judgment,to facilitate environmental protection departments to understand the pollution treatment of enterprises,reduce industrial pollution. |
