| Pumping units are the main equipment in most oilfields at this stage,and beam pumping units are the most widely used due to their simple and reliable structure.As oilfield development enters the middle and late stages,the drawbacks of high energy consumption of beam pumping units have become more and more obvious,especially in most of the low-permeability oilfields in northwestern my country,where this kind of high energy consumption is widespread.The biggest feature of low-permeability oil fields is the low permeability of the oil layer,which makes it easy to empty pumping in the production operation mode of traditional pumping units.When the pumping unit is idling during the pumping operation,the traditional braking device cannot stop in time,resulting in waste of energy.In response to this problem,combined with the indirect pumping technology,an electronically controlled brake device for pumping was designed.The device is mainly composed of an electronically controlled brake actuator and an electronically controlled brake control device.According to the requirements of the actual braking conditions of the pumping unit,the brake actuator is composed of an emergency braking device and an indirect braking device.In order to meet the requirements of rapid braking under the power-off state of the pumping unit,by calculating the braking torque,using simulation analysis,combined with the experimental results,the design of the emergency braking device is completed to ensure that the brake can be braked in time after power failure;The start and stop of the pumping unit and the braking requirements for workover and pump bumping conditions under the working condition of the pumping unit,combined with the field test data,completed the design of the pumping brake device to ensure its safety under different working conditions brake.The electronically controlled brake control device can realize remote start and stop of the pumping unit through cooperation with the host computer,and can stop in time when the pumping operation is empty,which improves the efficiency of electric energy utilization and meets the requirements of energy-saving production.The field test results of the 12 th Oil Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield show that the complete equipment prototype runs stably,which can not only meet the safe and stable start and stop of the pumping unit,but also realize remote control start and stop.The design of the pumping electronically controlled brake device meets the requirements of green and low-energy production,and has important engineering application value for the construction of digital oilfields. |
