With the continuous production of oil,the contradiction between supply and production of oil wells has become increasingly prominent.In order to realize the balance between supply and production of oil,ensuring high efficiency and continuous operation of artificial lift equipment,it is of great importance for the production of oil wells to select reasonable parameters of oil wells.In response to this situation,this paper,based on the relationship between electrical parameters and suspension indicator diagram、oil yield measurement using indicator diagram and dynamic control chart theory of pumping well,proposes a method in which electrical parameters are used to judging the liquid supply capability of oil wells so as to realize the parameter matching and adjusting for oil wells.Using this method,pumping unit,with the optimum swabbing parameter,can be continuously operating both energy saving and yield stability.This paper adopts the method combining the theory and experimental study.Firstly the relationship between the electrical parameters of three phase asynchronous motor of pumping unit and the suspended indicator diagram as well as the depth of the liquid surface is studied.The mathematical model is established to derive suspended indicator diagram using electrical parameters.This model regards the actual speed of motor as an important parameter.By means of suspended indicator diagram,the depth of liquid surface of oil well is derived.And the model can be revised by comparing and validating the measured data from the oilfield site.This part results show that the mathematical model,which is using electrical parameters joining the actual speed of motor to derive suspended indicator diagram and the depth of liquid surface,is more accurate and more in line with engineering practice.Secondly,this paper combines the theoretical research results above-mentioned,based on the dynamic control chart of pumping well,to determine the extent of the match between the parameters of pumping unit and the liquid supply capability of oil wells and automatically adjust the parameters for the mismatched case.The automatic adjustment program of pumping unit is programmed with VB language in order to develop self-regulating parameter system based on electrical parameters.Through the design of hardware and software system,it is realized to judge the liquid supply capability of oil wells and the balanced state between supply and production in real time.Meanwhile,it also realizes the self-regulating parameter function.Last,through laboratory test,the validity of the self-regulating parameter system ofpumping unit,which is based on electrical parameters,is verified.In the test process,the actual dynamic control chart of pumping well is used to judge the liquid supply capability of oil well so as to regulate the corresponding parameters of pumping unit.The experimental results show that the self-regulating parameter system of pumping units based on electrical parameters can be effectively used to regulate parameters.This paper does research on the theory and tests for the electrical parameters of the motor of pumping unit and the liquid supply capability of oil well,forming self-regulating parameter technology based on electrical parameters.It has important research significance and economic value for realizing the balance between supply and production,improving system efficiency and energy saving production. |
