| Condenser furnace is a necessary equipment for precision casting.It’s power supply has a large working current and its operating time is intermittent and periodic.The operation process of the condenser furnace basically concludes a small current arcing-gradually,increasing current melting-blocking,output-Crucible,flip-casting and cooling.As the process is basically certain for different casting workpieces,only the melting current,melting time and the diameter of the smelting ingot are different.At present,the adjustment of the electric parameters of the condenser furnace power supply in the field is basically set by human,and the degree of programming and intelligence is low,which causes the quality of the smelting workpiece varying from person to person,which affects work efficiency and product quality!Nowadays,when intelligent technology has become a research hotspot,and there are many monitoring methods,software and chips,this article developed a system which can realize synchronous signal acquisition,signal conditioning input,pulse phase shift,pulse distribution,phase sequence adaptation and other functions.The design idea of the intelligent controller with large DC power supply for the condensing furnace is based on CPLD and DSP as the core,using C language and VHDL language for software design to achieve pulse generation,pulse distribution and other functions,What’s more,it set the ability of peripheral synchronization Signal acquisition,isolation drive,signal conditioning and other circuits to realize the intelligent control of power electronic converter equipment.The article gives the debugging and experimental results of each module of the intelligent controller,and adapts the synchronization circuit,trigger pulse,and phase sequence respectively.After the waveform was verified and analyzed,the final result met the expected design requirements.The DC power supply intelligent controller for the condensing furnace has a very high development prospect. |
