| Micro electrical discharge machining(Micro-EDM) is one of the most important researching aspects in Minuteness Processing field. As a kind of non-contact Minuteness Processing without macro manufacturing stress , it has achieved much attention around the world . Micro Energy Pulse Power Source is one of key technol for Micro-EDM system, its performance has huge influence on tecnic index of Micro-EDM. So it's significant for exploring and developping Micro-EDM system to explore key technol of Micro Energy Pulse Power Source and master the law and rules of it.Base on the theory of Micro Energy Pulse Power Source ,several key technol was analysed and discussed. Including the means to realizing micro energy discharging pulse and controlling single pulse energy ,on-off of power mosfet with high speed and the ways to detecting discharge condition.According to the theory,utilizing MCU and CPLD as controlling nucleus, the hardware system of Micro Energy Pulse Power Source was established by module means. The purpose of hardware designing is to realize key technol of Micro Energy Pulse Power Source. At the same time ,against practicable need of Micro-EDM ,The design scheme for Multi-mode pulse power was put forward. This scheme combinated merits of RC type pulse power and Transistor type pulse power ,not only assure rough machining,medium precision machining and fine machining can proceed in same Micro-EDM system but also adapt various kinds of Micro-EDM type. So this scheme of Micro Energy Pulse Power Source is creativity and practical.On the flatform of hardware developped ,software of Micro Energy Pulse Power Source was compiled by C language. Software carried out following controlling task:serial communication ,setting power parameter and processing data of average voltage detecting system.At last ,test was done for Micro Energy Pulse Power Source that has been developed. It was indicated by test that key technol of Micro Energy Pulse Power Source could be realized by this article's scheme .But it was not still perfect. So further research and test is necessary under practicable machining condition. |
