Marine pipeline is one of the important energy transportation platforms,in the process of oil and gas transportation,the radiated noise of pipeline vibration will cause environmental pollution and other problems,so it is particularly important to obtain the background noise around the offshore pipeline.Therefore,it is very important to obtain the background noise around the marine pipeline.This paper aims at the problem of noise generated by vibration caused by ocean pipeline flow.The numerical calculation model of the marine pipeline is established,and the acoustic radiation characteristics of the marine pipeline are analyzed.Aiming at the problem of noise generated by marine pipelines excited by the internal flow,this paper first discusses the changes of pulsating pressure in marine pipelines under different internal flow excitations.In this paper,the acoustic radiation characteristics of marine pipelines with different materials and wall thicknesses at different flow rates are analyzed.In this paper,it also analyzed composite material marine pipeline and the relationship between the radiated sound power level of the composite material marine pipeline with the internal flow velocity is obtained.Then,the contribution of flow noise and flow-induced noise inside the ocean pipeline to the total radiated noise is studied.In order to study the problem of noise generated by external flow excitation of marine pipelines,this paper discusses the flow-induced noise radiation characteristics of marine pipelines with different materials and different wall thicknesses.The relationship between the radiated sound power level of the composite material marine pipeline and the external flow velocity is obtained by calculating for the composite material marine pipeline.Finally,the noise mechanism of marine pipelines under internal flow excitation and external flow excitation is summarized.In this paper,the experimental test of the acoustic and vibration characteristics of the marine pipeline is carried out.The effects of pump excitation,flow excitation and ocean current excitation on the acoustic radiation of marine pipelines are explored.The relationship between the sound radiation characteristics of the composite material marine pipeline and the change of the internal flow velocity is obtained.Test results and numerical calculation results can be mutually verified.The research in this paper provides a new solution for calculating the vibration and sound radiation characteristics of marine pipelines.And it has a certain reference value for the hydrodynamic noise calculation and noise control research of marine pipelines.
