In the process of petroleum and natural gas exploration and development,strict requirements and treatment measures have been put forward for the treatment of environmental pollution caused by drilling wastewater and solid waste,but no environmentally friendly and economical treatment method has been adopted for the domestic sewage generated by drilling teams.The current treatment method is mainly to transport the domestic wastewater to the sewage treatment plant with treatment qualification for centralized and unified treatment.Because the drilling construction site is usually in remote areas,the transportation cost is high,and there is a risk of environmental pollution in the transportation process.Therefore,it is necessary to develop an integrated sewage treatment device suitable for wellsite use according to the characteristics of scattered,large number and large mobility of wellsite operation points and the pollution characteristics of wellsite sewage.So as to meet the requirements of《Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard》(GB8978-1996).The wellsite sewage treatment process is mainly based on SBR processing GCM20 carrier of microbial treatment technology,studied the GCM20 carrier biological technology and influence factors of the sewage treatment advantage bacterium group on the polyurethane(pu)carrier packing,ensure equipment will clear liquid emptying transitions and quick recovery after operation,ensure the long-term stable after the ferry wastewater.Through optimized use of composite fiber aeration tube aeration,increase aeration uniformity,improve oxygen conversion rate and save energy consumption 15%-20%;The treated water is sterilized with two 100w ultraviolet lamps,which eliminates the secondary pollution caused by chemical treatment agents.The equipment adopts PLC intelligent control system,which simplifies the operation procedure and reduces the operation labor intensity.The removal rate of NH4+-N in domestic sewage by immobilized microorganism technology is more than 90%,and the removal rate of COD is between 80%and 90%,which not only meets the needs of domestic sewage treatment in wellsite,but also realizes the effect of blow-out transportation and rapid recovery,laying a foundation for the equipment to be blow-out and used in relocation.The domestic sewage treatment technology and mobile integrated treatment equipment developed in drilling well site have broken through the existing treatment method of drilling domestic sewage and have certain popularization and application value.
