With the rapid development of our social economy and the accelerating pace of urbanization, rural population intensive, the township enterprise development is rapid, the sewage and waste water generation increase. In view of China’s national conditions, to develop a new type of magnetic filler, implement local wastewater is a kind of high efficiency, low consumption processing must be state. Biological packing is one of the core of biological membrane water treatment technology, the performance good or bad will directly affect the adhesion, growth of microbial reproduction and activity, thus influence the wastewater biological treatment efficiency, power consumption and stability. The current common plastic biological filler used in water treatment wastewater, especially the biological treatment of wastewater containing phenol toxicity, microbial membrane started slowly, hang membranes insufficient quantity and low oxygen mass transfer efficiency of defects, lead to biodegradation rate is low. In recent years, research on magnetic effect in water treatment is very active, but because of the sewage treatment bioreactors are often large, plus a magnetic field has the certain difficulty, implementation is difficult. Magnetic materials technology as a new technology, namely magnetic filler in wastewater treatment, make each packing is equivalent to a miniature of the additional magnetic field of the bioreactor. Using microbial magnetic effect and metabolism or metabolism, can significantly improve the surface wettability of filler and mass transfer properties, shortening the period of hanging film start, improve sewage treatment effect.In wastewater biological treatment process, to strengthen the refractory material metabolism and magnetic biological treatment, improve dissolved oxygen concentration, induced microbial enzyme synthesis and increase the enzyme activity. Based on the above theory, based on the current high cost of metabolic engineering applications, the magnetic field effect is difficult to mass medium is applied to the wastewater biological treatment facilities, this study aims to the ordinary packing modification, preparation of a kind of biological affinity, a new type of magnetic biological hydrophilic packing, applied to waste or sewage biological treatment, in order to obtain the effective application effect and provide new modified magnetic biological packing waste or sewage biological treatment. Of regular packing and new type of modified magnetic biological filler on the performance testing and comparison, the results show that the new type of modified magnetic biological packing not only has improved a lot in terms of microstructure and wettability, slow-release performance but also has good nutrition. Hang at the same time, the comparison of the two kinds of packing magnetic film and traditional film, and hang the magnetic film is applied to simulated domestic wastewater treatment, found that the new type of modified magnetic biological stuffing hanging film start rate quickly, the packing weight multiplied, volatile organic compounds on the surface of membrane for biological removal effect is good.
