Research On The Optimization Of T Group’s Financial Risk Management And Control System From The Perspective Of Financial Sharing

With China’s economy entering a high-quality development stage,especially under the guidance of relevant policies and measures of the state to promote the high-quality growth of the steel industry,China’s steel industry is striving to build a new growth mode.In recent years,in order to exert the scale effect and change the current situation of low concentration and low professional division of labor of China’s iron and steel enterprises,a new round of industrial integration and enterprise merger has been set off in China.However,with the merger and reorganization of the company and the continuous formation of new institutions,the problems such as the substantial increase in operating costs and low operating and management efficiency caused by the continuous expansion of the company’s scale are becoming more and more serious.In recent years,China’s iron and steel enterprises generally have the characteristics of large scale,complex stratum,extensive operation and management,high output but little profit,and high asset liability ratio.At present,quite a number of steel enterprises are actively seeking solutions to this problem.As a new financial management concept,financial sharing management mode has become a new management choice for many enterprises with its characteristics of high efficiency,low cost,standardization,institutionalization and replicability.However,the author found that the current research on the financial sharing mode is still focused on optimizing the business process,while the research on the optimization of the financial risk control system is less.Therefore,the analysis of the financial risk system of the iron and steel enterprises under the existing mode and the optimization research from the Perspective of financial sharing can help the iron and steel enterprises improve their ability to cope with risks,It is great significance to improve the financial risk control system of enterprises.From the perspective of financial sharing,this paper takes the optimization of the financial risk management and control system as the research goal,systematically studies the method of optimizing the financial risk system through the financial sharing mode.The author analyzes the current situation of T Group’s existing financial risk system,namely,the current situation of financial organization structure,financial personnel structure,and business process risk management and control,The main problems of the financial risk management and control system are as follows:large workload of financial accounting,decentralized personnel,unclear division of functions and posts of financial departments;There are many breakpoints in business process and financial processing,and the integration of industry and finance is insufficient.Based on the further analysis of the root causes of the problems,the paper puts forward suggestions and measures for the optimization and improvement of the financial organizational structure and business process system,that is,the existing financial personnel are re divided into strategic finance,shared finance,and business finance,so as to realize the hierarchical transformation of financial functions,and strengthen the echelon construction of financial personnel,Eliminate duplicate positions set by subordinate units,effectively improve the problem of one person with multiple positions and unclear functions in local finance before,reorganize the existing business processes,and design a business process optimization scheme under the financial sharing mode,thus improving the overall financial control efficiency of the Group,reducing risks,speeding up financial processing efficiency,and improving service quality.
