With the rapid development of my country’s economy,people’s demand for large-span and ultra-high space systems has grown rapidly,so the construction requirements for large-span and ultra-high space systems are also higher.Because the fastener-type steel pipe support system has the characteristics of convenient assembling and dismantling,flexible use,and can be used in turnaround,it has become a temporary support system widely used in construction in my country.In this paper,the safety analysis and research of the fastener-type steel pipe support system under the constraints of multiple relevant codes will be carried out.As of March 2022,there are many industry and national standards related to the fastener-type steel pipe support system.Each code has differences in load selection and combination,pole stability check and structural requirements of support system.In this paper,numerical simulation will be combined to carry out safety comparative analysis based on the differences of relevant codes,and some suggestions that are beneficial to engineering practice will be obtained.Conclusions and Recommendations.Combined with relevant norms and the latest research theories,this paper clarifies the research theories and analysis methods involved in the safety analysis of the fastener-type steel pipe support system,and analyzes the safety and stability check calculation indicators that affect the support system.Using ANSYS to carry out numerical simulation analysis,clarify the boundary conditions and element selection for the establishment of the finite element model,establish the analysis model of the fastener-type steel pipe support system,and compare with the typical physical test results to verify the accuracy of the finite element analysis model and analysis method.Aiming at the height of the sweeping pole,the step distance,the vertical and horizontal pole spacing,the height of the free end,the aspect ratio and the arrangement of scissors,which affect the stability and bearing capacity of the pole,43 different numerical analysis models are established to study the various aspects of the support system.The impact of item construction factors on security.At the same time,the differences in load design and selection,load combination,column stability check and structural requirements of multiple codes are comprehensively analyzed and studied,and the safety analysis of the support system under multiple codes is further carried out.Under the constraints of multiple relevant codes,combined with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation analysis,safety recommendations under multiple codes are given,and recommendations for load design and construction requirements are given for multiple codes.Finally,through theoretical research and numerical simulation analysis,suggestions on the selection of specifications that are conducive to construction safety are given in the design and selection of loads;in the support system,the sweeping rod,free end,step distance,vertical rod spacing,scissor support and aspect ratio are constructed.In terms of requirements and stability verification,corresponding suggestions and reference opinions for safer and more reliable structural settings are given;under multiple specifications,the safety of the same support system,and the different heights H<5m,5m<H<8m,8m are analyzed.The safety reserve of the support system of the scale of <H<15m and H>15m,and some suggestions for reasonable selection of norms are given.
