Due to the limitation of inorganic adhesive properties,the production process of inorganic particleboard has the disadvantages of high cost and low yield,which need to be improved.Therefore,the development of environmentally friendly,low toxicity,flame retardant and multifunctional inorganic particleboard has become the key goal of scientific research and technical research.In this paper,magnesium-based environmental friendly inorganic adhesive was used as the matrix,and self-made camphor pine particle was used as the reinforcing phase to prepare magnesium-based inorganic particleboard.The plate-making process was optimized to obtain the benchmark hot pressing process of inorganic particleboard.Different coagulants were selected to select the optimal coagulant type and dosage for inorganic particleboard production.The rapid curing process of magnesium-based inorganic particleboard was developed by introducing the’hot-cold’rapid curing process and using the optimal coagulant formula to shorten the production cycle.By studying the combustion performance of each group of plates,the basic basis is provided for the development of its application fields.This study concluded that:(1)By single factor test and orthogonal test,the standard process parameters of magnesium-based inorganic particleboard hot pressing are as follows:inorganic glue additive concentration 7.5%,reinforcing agent dosage 2.5%,inorganic glue dosage50%,pavement moisture content 23%.(2)The types and dosage of coagulants used in inorganic particleboard were optimized by multiple single factor experiments,and the optimal coagulant formulations of the two groups were obtained.Formula a:Selection of coagulant type Fe SO4,coagulant dosage 1.0%.Formula b:Selection of coagulant type Al(OH)3,coagulant dosage 1.5%.(3)It is feasible to prepare inorganic particleboard by’hot-cold’rapid curing process.Through two groups of L9(34)orthogonal test,the two groups of’hot-cold’rapid curing process parameters were obtained.The properties of the prepared board meet the national standard GB/T 4897-2015’Particleboard’P3 standard.(4)The combustion performance of the plate prepared by’hot-cold’was tested.The plate with Al(OH)3as coagulant has the best performance.The performance of the plate meets the requirements of GB/T 39032-2020’Refractory Particleboard’.The combustion performance meets the requirements of GB 8624 B1(B-s1,d0,t1)grade material,which is a refractory material.
