Technology Study And Benefits Analysis On Flame-retarded Particleboard With Environment Concern

iParticleboard is widely used in many aspects such as indoor decoration, furniture manufacture and building, contact closely with people's daily life. This study is one part of my mentor's item,mainly studies on the technology and method of producing flame-retarded particleboard with environmental concern and environment friendly particleboard using two new-fashioned research fruits: BL-formaldehyde scavenger and BL-environment friendly flame-retardant, and quest for the interrelated principium. Try to create economy profits and social profits for corporations by using those two new-found chemical products.The paper utilize orthogonal experiment design and single factor experiment to analyze the producing technology;Detect and Analyze with the help of Smoking density apparatus, Oxygen index apparatus, Formaldehyde apparatus, X-ray diffraction instrument, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), Environment scanning electron microscope(ESEM), Thermogravimetric analyzer(DGA); Analyze economy profits through markets investigation; the following main results are obtained.1. BL-formaldehyde scavenger and BL-environment friendly flame-retardant can be made using UF resin retort by simple ameliorating, this producing way is convenient and low cost.2. Producing technics have obvious infection to environment friendly particleboard. The best technical parameters obtained from examination are proportion(BL:UF):10:90, total quantity of resin:10%, density: 0.70gram per cu.cm,containing water rate:10%, hot pressing time:16s per mm, hot pressing temperature: 180℃, hot pressing stress 5MPa. Use those technis and cooperate with right UF resin, formaldehyde release quantity reduced 50%~80%, physical and mechanical properties fall less than 10%.
