The operation mode of traditional sewage treatment plants can no longer meet the needs of the current rapid urban development.At present,with the introduction of new concepts such as the Internet of Things,5G~+,big data,and cloud computing,smart sewage plants have come into being,but how to use new technologies to deeply integrate with sewage treatment plants It has become one of the major issues that need to be solved urgently.At present,China’s smart sewage plant is in the initial stage of development and has achieved some results,but there is still a big gap with the real realization of the real smart sewage plant,and it still needs continuous in-depth research.In the actual operation process of the sewage treatment plant,it is affected by many factors such as process,equipment,technology,etc.,which makes the concentration of effluent discharge uncertain.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a fault diagnosis and disposal system to control and manage the sewage system.This paper first designs the automatic control system and automatic monitoring system of the sewage treatment plant,on this basis,a comprehensive database and fault expert database are established,and finally the fault diagnosis and disposal system function design is realized,which aims to provide theoretical reference for improving the intelligent level of the sewage treatment plant.The main work of the thesis is as follows:Total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),ammonia nitrogen(NH 3-N),and ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)were established by fault tree analysis.Fault tree models of suspended solids(SS)and chemical oxygen demand(COD)water exceeding the standard At the same time,the logical relationship of the parameters is analyzed,and the logical relationship between the parameters of the wastewater process is elaborated in detail.From the overall point of view,the operation failure is systematically controlled and analyzed,and this part of the content is also used as the source of troubleshooting for fault diagnosis.Study the domestic sewage engineering project cases,according to the structural characteristics of the sewage treatment plant,and combined with the current domestic sewage treatment plant needs to determine the overall scheme of the automatic control system of the sewage treatment plant,and determine 5 As a design and control project of sewage treatment control system,the PLC site introduces the system structure,system selection,system equipment and software,system communication mode and system network.On the basis of the automatic control system of the sewage treatment plant,it is also necessary to establish and improve the automatic monitoring system.Drawing on the engineering cases of domestic sewage treatment plants,the automatic monitoring system of sewage treatment plants is designed,and the monitoring projects and sampling points of sewage treatment plants are set according to the design principles and needs of automatic monitoring systems 3.Instrument placement point,instrument equipment type and other content for design.Establish a fault database system,this paper divides the sewage fault database into a comprehensive database and a fault expert database,the comprehensive information database mainly stores various types of instrument acquisition data information,including water quality index data sheet,real-time water inlet monitoring data sheet,Real-time effluent monitoring data sheet,daily monitoring index data sheet,process section monitoring index data sheet,user table;fault expert database mainly stores sewage process fault information,including fault phenomena,best solutions,fault cause analysis.According to the system design principles and the analysis of design requirements,the interface is designed,and the function design is carried out according to the actual requirements of the operation and management of the sewage treatment plant,including fault diagnosis module,database management module,intelligent operation module,login,system management,help,exit and other modules.
