| Water environment comprehensive treatment is to be completed in the ecological pollution prevention in recent years in our country important link,attracted massive fiscal funds,based on the related research and evaluation on the performance of the project,can deepen the reform of fiscal system,improve the allocation efficiency of financial resources,as well as the next step of financial capital investment direction,It can further improve the efficiency of water environmental governance,enhance the effect of water environmental governance,and make water environmental governance have more long-term economic,social and ecological benefits.This article in the clear water environment comprehensive performance evaluation of fiscal funds,on the basis of the research background,purpose and significance,the current situation of performance evaluation related theory and research in the field of comb,clarify the research train of thought,based on the viewpoint of government environmental accounting,in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region W lake comprehensive treatment project as the research object,Based on W lake comprehensive treatment project of governance objectives and project financial capital usage,using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to construct W lake comprehensive control project performance evaluation index system of financial capital,to research and analyze the performance evaluation results,the study found that W lake comprehensive treatment project financial fund performance score of 91.83 points,the evaluation results for the "best",However,there are still deficiencies in the fund management mechanism,budget and performance management of the comprehensive treatment project of LAKE W,which affect the overall performance level of the project.Therefore,this thesis puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving the performance level of the project. |
