| At present, corrosion monitoring sensors based on fiber bragg grating are mostly used in special applications such as steel bars and oil and gas pipelines, and the monitoring parameters are susceptible to other factors. In order to solve the problem of poor versatility and susceptibility of monitoring parameters to existing fiber Bragg grating-based corrosion monitoring sensors, this paper conducts a study based on the stable relationship of thinning thickness after metal corrosion. The corrosion monitoring sensor has the characteristics of adjustable range and sensitivity, high measurement accuracy, accurate and reliable monitoring results, and solves the problem of cross-sensitivity of fiber grating to temperature and stress. The main research content of this paper includes the following aspects:Firstly, the research history of fiber bragging is introduced, the structure of several most studied FBG-based corrosion monitoring sensors is listed, and the working principle and advantages and disadvantages of these sensors are briefly introduced. The sensing mechanism of FBG is analyzed by using the modular coupling theory, focusing on the temperature and strain characteristics of FBG,and briefly introducing the principle of equal strength beams.Secondly, two fiber Bragg grating corrosion sensors are designed based on the stable relationship of thinning the thickness of the underoded part of the metal after metal corrosion.Due to the slow corrosion in actual conditions,it is necessary to analyze the performance of the two structures through simulation experiments, and select the structures with better performance to continue to optimize them through simulation experiments. The construction of the simulation platform and the optical fiber laying platform is also briefly introduced.Again, the temperature compensation effect of the optimized structure is verified by the blower heating experiment, and the influence of temperature is excluded for subsequent experiments. Finally, the optimized structure monitors both uniform and non-uniform corrosion,as well as identifying pitting during corrosion. In order to comprehensively verify the monitoring effect of the structure under different corrosion conditions,it is necessary to design two corrosive environments, uniform corrosion and non-uniform corrosion, and analyze the monitoring effect of the structure in these two environments. |
