In recent years,the transportation industry has developed vigorously.In 2020,my country’s road mileage will reach 5,198,100 kilometers.In 2021,the number of civilian vehicles,private vehicles and car drivers in my country will reach 294.19 million,262.46 million,and 417.9489 million respectively.And it maintains a steady growth every year.Therefore,traffic accidents remain high.In 2020,there will be 244,674 traffic accidents in my country.Traffic accidents on interchange ramps are particularly serious,which will have a huge impact on the safety of people’s lives and properties.Therefore,it is of great significance for traffic safety to study the safe speed of vehicles on interchange ramps,especially large trucks that are prone to accidents.Based on this,the paper mainly carries out research from the following aspects:(1)Through the road freight report and other information released by my country,the leading model of large trucks studied is selected as the six-axle trailer.The design of the interchange ramp is studied,and the factors that affect the safe driving of vehicles and the causes of traffic accidents in the interchange ramp section are analyzed.Perform force analysis on vehicles on interchange ramps,and analyze critical conditions for vehicles to slide or roll over.(2)Using Trucksim as a simulation tool,the vehicle simulation model,the road environment simulation model,and the driver control model are established.In the vehicle simulation model,the system models of the tractor,trailer,braking system,power transmission system,aerodynamics,steering system,tires,load,suspension system are constructed respectively.The road environment simulation model includes the radius of the circular curve of the interchange ramp,the slope,the superelevation,the road adhesion coefficient,the crosswind wind speed,and the crosswind direction.In the driver control model,a closed-loop control strategy driver control model is established.(3)Taking the vertical reverse force of vehicle tires,lateral acceleration,lateral sideshift,body roll angle,and vehicle yaw angle as the judgment conditions,using Trucksim simulation software to respectively explore the influence of interchange ramp slope,circular curve radius,road adhesion coefficient,superelevation and crosswind wind speed on safe vehicle speed,and the internal relationship between the safe speed of large trucks and these factors is explored.(4)Use Trucksim simulation software to explore the safe speed of large trucks on interchange ramps designed on different ramps,use MATLAB to perform data fitting analysis,and study the safe speed guidance formula,which provides a theoretical basis for the setting of the safe speed of large trucks on interchange ramp sections with different ramp designs;Explore the safe speed of large trucks on the interchange ramp in rain,ice and snow weather,use MATLAB to perform data fitting analysis,and develop a safe speed guide formula,which provides a theoretical basis for the setting of the safe speed of the interchange ramp in rain,ice and snow weather.The research results show that the model established based on the Trucksim can better analyze the influence of the slope,the radius of the circular curve,the road adhesion coefficient,the superelevation and the crosswind wind speed on the safe speed of the large truck in the interchange ramp,and explore with high precision the safe speed of large trucks on the interchange ramp under different ramp designs and in rain,ice and snow weather,the research has important guiding significance for improving the traffic safety of the interchange-ramp. |
