| As the world’s leading sporting brand,COMPANY A has enjoyed a good market share since it entered the Chinese market and established its Branch in China.With the development of e-commerce and the impact of the epidemic on physical stores in the past two years,the proportion of e-commerce sales channels has been expanding and several direct online stores have been set up.The e-commerce warehouse of Company A is dedicated to providing services for its directly operated online stores,including packaging and delivering goods sold by the online stores,ordering and storing express boxes.Since the market price of express box cardboard fluctuates violently,the unit price of express box and the storage and storage of express box are affected frequently.Therefore,the problem of high ordering cost and storage cost of express box is gradually exposed.In this context,based on the in-depth investigation of A company’s e-commerce warehouse,this paper investigates the management status of A company’s e-commerce warehouse,finds its existing problems and analyzes the solutions to the problems.Then,the paper collects the data of the express boxes in the e-commerce warehouse for one consecutive year.After processing the data,combined with the characteristics that the sales volume of goods in the e-commerce is sensitive to holidays,the paper chooses the Prophet model considering holidays to predict the demand for express boxes.On this basis,the multi-stage order model of express box is established,and the optimized order strategy is solved using the dynamic programming method.Finally,relevant suggestions on information collection are put forward for the e-commerce warehouse of A Company.The results could give some suggestions for other similar enterprises.The full text contains 10 figures,18 tables and 44 references. |
