Research On The Relationship Between The Green Development Quality And Corporate Growth Of Chalco Based On VAR Mode

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the problem of environmental protection has become increasingly prominent.As the main way to solve the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection,green development plays an important role in the construction of ecological civilization and the development of enterprises.In 2015,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee first put forward the five development concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing",which indicates that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage of development.The 19 th CPC National Congress emphasized the concept of "adhering to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature",and pointed out that this concept should be one of the basic strategies for adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It can be seen that green development is of great importance to the sustainable development of enterprises.In the production process of enterprises,it consumes a lot of energy,but also brings huge pollution to the environment.Enterprises play an important role in economic construction.While creating economic benefits,they should also bear the responsibility of protecting the environment.Change their own business philosophy,seize the opportunity of the times,and drive the development of enterprises with green and innovation,that is,promote the growth of enterprises and realize sustainable development by improving the quality of green development.Therefore,based on the question of whether improving the quality of green development of enterprises can promote the growth of the company and how to promote the growth of enterprises,this paper formulates the research theme of this paper.Firstly,it summarizes the relevant research status of green development quality,enterprise growth and the relationship between green development quality and enterprise growth at home and abroad,and defines the concept of green development quality and enterprise growth on this basis.Then,it takes stakeholder theory,green development theory and sustainable development theory as the theoretical basis,and analyzes the guiding significance of each theory for this paper.Then,it briefly introduces the case enterprise Chinalco,constructs the green development quality evaluation system suitable for non-ferrous metal enterprises,and analyzes the green development quality of Chinalco;Through the evaluation system of enterprise growth,this paper analyzes the enterprise growth level of Chinalco.Finally,this paper analyzes the relationship between the construction of green enterprise growth model in2011-2020 and the construction of green enterprise growth model.According to the research results,this thesis puts forward corresponding suggestions for the future development of the enterprise. analyzes the relationship between the construction of green enterprise growth model in2011-2020 and the construction of green enterprise growth model.According to the research results,this thesis puts forward corresponding suggestions for the future development of the enterprise.The study found that the green development quality of Chinalco has a positive dynamic relationship with the enterprise growth and its four levels,indicating that the enterprise green development is the key factor to improve the enterprise growth,and the enterprise growth can further improve the green development quality of the enterprise.Based on the research results,this thesis puts forward suggestions for enterprises,that is,changing the concept of enterprise development,strengthening green technology innovation,advocating the development of circular economy and helping the sustainable development of enterprises.
